Corporate Residence

Aspen, Colorado

Designer was directed  by the Chairman & CEO of Warner Bros. to create a very elegant and comfortable mountain home for corporate use. An arts & crafts look was produced by the carefully selected turn of the century Stickly furniture. The finishes in the house consisted of dark green marbles and granites accompanied by deep cherry cabinetry throughout; with the floor finishes and trim finishes following accordingly. Much attention was paid to the lighting schedule, to create ambiance and special lighting for the art work. The final touches of one-of-a-kind antique lamps and accessories were found in Aspen, Los Angeles, and Chicago. In addition the designer helped coordinate the staff for the corporate residence.

Red Mountain Residence

Remodel for Aspen Residence

Aspen, Colorado

Designer was requested to cosmetically change the older 1970 residence to accommodate the client's lifestyle. This was done on a modest budget with the selection of new furnishing, paint colors, new floor finishes, and redoing the bathrooms. This solved the client's dilemma of whether to spend two years building a new multi-millon dollar home or spending a fraction of that and having it livable and comfortable for his current lifestyle.

Private 5,000 sq. ft. Residence

Snowmass Village, Colorado

An extensive remodel with a direction to create a look and feel of the Forbes Ranch. Casual, elegant, yet very undecorated with a Ranch influence. All items were custom designed for the client by the designer. Examples: A hand forged 82" high dining room chandelier; throughout the house 85 feet of hand braided staircase leather railing; custom designed kitchen cabinets with custom finishes using various old European techniques; and a sponge crackle finish in the master bathroom. Special attention was designated to a variety of lighting techniques to create atmosphere and emphasize the art collection. Specially designed for the client were chairs produced by Rose Tarlow of Los Angeles. These open-armed chairs have a Ranch/European influence and are covered with beautiful hides with a nail head trim.

Deerbrook Townhouse Project

Snowmass Village, Colorado

Designer was hired to work with the owner/developer, the architectural firm of Sutherland Fallin and Shaw Construction throughout all phases of the project to coordinate selections for the finishes throughout the project (bathroom fixtures, floor finishes, wall finishes) to create the look for which the client was searching for. Designer was asked to furnish two condominiums for show. One of the motifs was a contemporary southwest and the second a very European transitional style; both selected by the client.

Aspen Chance Ute Avenue

5,000 sq. ft. Residence

Designer worked with client, architect and builder throughout the project on a daily basis to insure all client's requests were being met since the client lived in Australia. Designer also coordinated and created furnishings with a rich look while staying within the budget limits, to create the comfortable yet sophisticated Aspen residence.

Aspen, Colorado

Coordination for the relocation of owner from Beverly Hills home using owner's existing furnishings. Extensive upgrading and remodeling of residence. The initial house was a "spec" house, very cold and lacking personality. Designer selected various parts of the house and upgraded them to give a different personality which reflected the client's tastes.

Snowmass Townhouse

Snowmass, Colorado

Designer was asked to coordinate a Snowmass townhouse for Florida resident. Client requested that the specifications be coordinated with the builder and to work with all aspects of the project through completion. All furnishings were provided by Aspen Design for a spacious contemporary interior.

Ridge II Townhouse Project

For 17 Units

Snowmass Village, Colorado

Client requested the furnishings for rental purposes of 17 two and three-bedroom custom designed condominiums. The project was contracted in September; the installation occurred one week before Christmas. Done in a traditional style throughout.

Fox Run

New custom 7,000 square foot residence coordinated for client specifying finishes and furnishings in a country-style using many one-of-a-kind antiques coordinated with some existing owner furniture.
